Each module focuses on a management technique. Each technique is designed to solve a problem or increase employee performance in a particular way. If you have a particular workplace/ employee problem search the solutions page. For example: When employees are not doing a good job on tasks you give them the DELE101 Delegation that works module is the solution.

My personal favourite is the FEED101 Module. This module will show you how to fix employee performance problems and improve employee performance in a way that increases employee engagement. It will also give you a framework that you can use in your personal life speak to people about conflict. People are complex and different. Imagine if people came with an instruction manual. A behavior model is the closest thing to an instruction manual for people. Understanding your own DISC profile will inform you about how others see you. DISC will identify strengths for you to focus on and weaknesses which may be holding you back.
