In order to fix this you can follow this quick 3 step process:

1. Find the confirmation email from me (search for Manager Foundation or look for it under the promotions tab)
2. Drag and drop the email into your primary inbox
3. Then, you'll get an alert saying, "This conversation has been moved to "Primary." Do this for future messages..." and click YES!

This will make sure that you don't miss out on anything.
