Managing employees is a difficult job - getting your employees to take ownership for their work, produce high quality output, take initiative to solve their own problems is one of the hardest things to do. The first step to getting better is to understand the problem. I've developed this questionnaire to work out if there is an employee performance problem and to determine what the problem is.
