Managing is Hard...

In my opinion managing staff is one of the most difficult things to do because it’s about getting people to do what you want. There are some natural leaders but I do not believe I am lucky to be one and I have had to work really hard at it. And it’s not natural for people to do everything that they’re told to do to the best of their abilities (and that’s not just teenagers).
