Chantel is a Communication and Psychology graduate with 16 years of professional work experience in the fields of sales, marketing, training and development.  With a strong grounding in the training industry Chantel has extensive insight into the needs and trends across a diversity of topics from sales and marketing to customer relationships and general management. She is experienced in researching, writing and developing training material, designing and developing bespoke presentations, copywriting and editing.

The techniques are tested in practice to work with a wide range of people in different and difficult situations.

But we are dealing with people who are highly variable and can be sensitive. Therefore there is always the risk that something can go materially wrong. By materially wrong we mean the sort of thing like staff having a nervous breakdown or resigning.  Although we promise you this is extremely rare. For this to happen there will probably be some sort of pre-existing condition. We know from experience that a lot more will go right than wrong but there are always exceptional cases.

So we would like to say that you should tread carefully with people, pay due care to the advice - we have taken every effort to make sure it is good advice but we can't be held responsible if something does go materially wrong.

It is a fundamental value of ours that these techniques should be applied with the best of intentions. These techniques are very powerful and they can be used for persuasion or to achieve nefarious objectives but this is not the purpose of them. Nothing we recommend is ever an excuse to do something horrible to another human being or to behave unethically.
